Reports of Yemeni Fighters Joining GNA as More War Crimes Are Reported

According to Middle East Monitor's Yemen News Portal, Turkey, which has been increasingly active in humanitarian outreach operations among Muslim Brotherhood controlled territories in Yemen is sending Yemeni mercenaries to Libya. Released intelligence reports indicated that approximately 200 Yemenis arrived in Libya to fight with the Al-Wefaq and GNA.  As MeMo reports,  militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood's Al Islah party in Marib sent fighters to Turkey under the guise of receiving treatment in the hospital. From the hospital  they were allegedly transferred to Tripoli. There is speculation that the Islah party is trying to form a military alliance with Turkey by sending mercenaries to fight for Ankara in Libya, amid increasing reports of a possible Turkish intervention in Yemen.  Note: Middle East Monitor is a Qatar-backed publications. We will not hand over any of the wanted people to Al-Zawiyah in Tripoli."  He continues: "We did not receive any cars from Tripoli during the war and fought with our own cars - Awlad Issa’s area in Warsfana has kidnapping to this day and no one has held them accountable, so why are they talking about the Bedja !!! - We didn’t have it before, to the Tagourian pig and its proximity

Is Turkey Turning on Some of the Misurata Militias While War Crimes By All GNA-Affiliated Factions Continue?

It appears that GNA-affiliated militias are far from united, with intermittent clashes going on among various groups. Furthermore, there is evidence that under Erdogan's orders, the Syrian mercenaries directed by Turkish advisors, are shelling some of the militias that have apparently either outlived their usefulness or are having their differences with the general direction of the confict and/or with the Syrians. Militias in question are from Al-Zawiyah, Gharyan,  and Misurata militia.  Gharyan, Zintan and Sorman militias are supported by  Misurata; however, now that their duties are over, Turkey may choose to liquidate them in order to obtain control over the areas and consolidate military power via the Syrians. While these clashes are taking place, militia cooperation with former ISIS members continues.  Hamza Etweer, a former ISIS member from Gharyan, loyal to the Shura of Derna and a group of Shura members who fought with him, abducted two people known to be civilians supporti

Part of the issue is the collective punishment of the Haftar supporters. The other issue is prevention of further successful electronic attack by the LNA electronic support. The Recruitment and Conscription of Child Soldiers by US-Supported Misurata Militias

Child recruitment by GNA and Turkey affiliated militias and mercenaries is widespread; however, most of the documented cases have come from Misurata (Misrata); the area has been receiving US military support since 2011. The typical strategy for recruitment involves targeting minors in orphanages and offering them 1000 Libyan dinars (200 dollars) weekly. Most recruits have joined the al-Mahjoub brigade; unlike Yemen, where child recruits go to training camps and are cultivators to be fighters; militia child conscripts receive little to no formal training and typically are used as combat fodder. Tripoli: The killing of the child militia member (Matin Fathi Al-Ghariari), born in 2004, who belongs to the “Tripoli Revolutionaries” militia has been documented and released by local sources.  Tripoli: Local sources have documented the killing of the child militia member (Osama Faraj Al-Takroni) born in 2003 and from the city of Misrata and related to the militia crowd, as a result of the confr
