This Egyptian civilian worker was captured by GNA in Tarhuna city. He has small shop selling vegetables , GNA torrtured him Incy burning off his moustance and putting a burning cigarette on his hea. They also gave him food and demanded that he eats like dogs do. Then they started scolding and yelling him, ordering him to bark like a dog.

Incidents such as this one are frequent and are often done to receive ransom from LNA and LNA supporters.
