Is Turkey Turning on Some of the Misurata Militias While War Crimes By All GNA-Affiliated Factions Continue?

It appears that GNA-affiliated militias are far from united, with intermittent clashes going on among various groups. Furthermore, there is evidence that under Erdogan's orders, the Syrian mercenaries directed by Turkish advisors, are shelling some of the militias that have apparently either outlived their usefulness or are having their differences with the general direction of the confict and/or with the Syrians. Militias in question are from Al-Zawiyah, Gharyan,  and Misurata militia.  Gharyan, Zintan and Sorman militias are supported by  Misurata; however, now that their duties are over, Turkey may choose to liquidate them in order to obtain control over the areas and consolidate military power via the Syrians. While these clashes are taking place, militia cooperation with former ISIS members continues.  Hamza Etweer, a former ISIS member from Gharyan, loyal to the Shura of Derna and a group of Shura members who fought with him, abducted two people known to be civilians supporti

Part of the issue is the collective punishment of the Haftar supporters. The other issue is prevention of further successful electronic attack by the LNA electronic support. Meanwhile, scuffles among various groups continue on the ground. Violations of the militia grous in the city of Tarhoun: A video clearly shows a Syrian mercenary fighting with militias, including what is known as deterrence, under the 42nd Militia battalion. They are representing themselves as Libyans and are siding with GNA-affiliated local groups.
